Any service fee payable directly by you, if applicable, will be communicated clearly before you incur any obligation.

• All payments related to property purchase, booking amount, stamp duty, registration, GST, or maintenance are payable directly to the Developer or relevant authority unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We are not responsible for refunds, delays, or disputes relating to payments made to third-party Developers, banks, or government bodies.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, branding, original text, graphics, and compilation of Content on this Website are owned by or licensed to Innovation Infra Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may view and download Content only for personal, non-commercial reference.
